Luke joined Blackberry Hearing in 2020 to digitize the business and launch a best-in-class CRM system for Audiology. Since then, the CRM has become the heart of the business, enabling it to better serve its customers.

He now leads the data and digital marketing functions, providing key insights for growth. As Analytics & Insights Director, Luke also leads integration projects for the business, such as its acquisitions, where he successfully onboarded customers demonstrating the scalability of our systems, and supporting key inorganic growth. More recently, he has led integration with key partners like TESCO Clubcard and Uniphar, strengthening these brand relationships for the business.

Prior to his time at Blackberry Hearing, Luke was a Senior Analytics Consultant with Deloitte, where he worked on several global projects for financial services, insurance, and pharmaceutical clients. These projects ranged in scope from regulatory reporting to digital ops transformation, Cost-to-Serve analytics, and most recently, Luke integrated the clinical trial data across EMEA for a large pharmaceutical client, enabling real-time dashboards for global stakeholders.

His expertise in data integration, analytics, and management consulting have been vital to achieving the digitization of Blackberry Hearing, as well as in understanding the key success metrics for the business and thereby enabling its scalability.

Luke holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Trinity College Dublin, specializing in the joint fields of nanotechnology and quantum optics. He also holds a BA (Mod) in Physics from Trinity College Dublin. He is passionate about leveraging technology and data to both drive positive customer outcomes and deliver actionable business insights.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest science/technology news, scrolling far too often through sports cars on Carzone, playing poker with friends, and hanging out with his high-energy rescued pup, Enzo!
